Welcome to DeWebb Pest Control. By using our website, scheduling services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you and us.

1. Services Provided

DeWebb Pest Control offers residential and small commercial pest management services across Southeast Idaho. Service offerings include, but are not limited to, spider control, wasp & hornet prevention, mice & vole prevention, mosquito treatment, ant control, and general home pest protection.

2. Service Appointments

Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST).
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
Access to your property must be provided at the scheduled time. If our technician cannot access the property, the visit may be considered completed.

3. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled services, we’ll come back at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only if the customer has maintained their service plan as agreed and does not extend to conditions outside our control (e.g., structural damage, sanitation issues, or customer’s use of unapproved pest products).

4. Payments & Billing

Service fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly plans may be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
Late or failed payments may result in paused services until the account is settled.

5. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotional offers (such as “50% off initial service”) apply only to new customers unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically allowed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective results, customers agree to:

Maintain proper sanitation and home upkeep.
Notify us promptly of any pest activity between visits.
Follow safety instructions given by our technicians (e.g., waiting periods after treatments).

7. Limitations of Liability

While we use proven products and methods, no service can guarantee 100% elimination of all pests under all conditions. DeWebb Pest Control is not liable for:

Damages caused by pests before or after service.
Structural issues, pre-existing infestations, or customer negligence.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Use of Website

When using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt our online services. Content on the website (including text, graphics, and branding) is the property of DeWebb Pest Control and may not be copied without permission.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are not made as agreed.
Customers fail to provide safe access to the property.
Terms of the service agreement are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
